Office Support Staff (Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

  • Handling Business Trip for BOD and Staff
  • Expatriate matters and documents
  • Banquet arrangement, such as meeting schedules (internal), event organizer etc
  • Payment
  • Golf Arrangement
  • Apartment for expats and hotel for guests
  • Correspondences and faces: issue, check, sort and rename
  • Document keeping
  • Government Relations

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Law or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent. Job role in Purchasing or Inventory Control.
  • 1 Full-Time positions available.
  • Closing Date: 27-3-11
